Droplets Tail is the design of the visual artist Guðrún Sigurðardóttir.

Guðrún graduated from the Icelandic School of Visual Art (Myndlista- og Handíðaskóli Íslands) in 1977 and ever since her career has been in that field. She ran an art studio in Hafnarfjörður named Gallerí Klettur for a decade and has worked as a teacher of visual arts for many years, teaching children in Snælandsskóli as well as teaching evening classes at the Art School of Kópavogur.

This is also the first time she has created visual art in the form of wall stickers. The product line includes eight birds that each, in its own way, represents the fascinating concept of FREEDOM.

Guðrún received help from young children in her family to find names for the fictitious birds. She felt it was appropriate to give the children this task since their imagination is as free and unrestricted as the feathered friends themselves.
