IIIF

IIIF is a design collective bringing together two Icelandic fashion designers & a French industrial designer for a collaboration. They make products, accessories and clothing which originate in Icelandic/French materials, concepts, contexts and manufacturing processes.

The designers celebrate the qualities and nature of each material they work with. They respect traditional manufacturing methods but at times seek to push and reinvestigate the tradition in order to create something new. IIIF celebrates local production and hopes to give many skilled local craftsmen and manufacturers projects to work on in the future. IIIF is in charge every step of the way, from sketching the first idea until the final product
